Being on This Earth: 1. With Trees, with Ezra Lowrey, August, 2015. The first in a planned series of brief Singing Mask ceremonies celebrating our human connections with things of the earth with the intent of realizing a sense of the sacred in everything no matter how mundane. Once More, the Round Composed for the Morris Knolls High School Chorale under the direction of Michael Semansik, this setting of Theodore Roethke's poem was intended to show off this student organization's wonderful sound and especially the students' capacity to handle even dissonance beautifully.
